    Special specifications: non-standard and customized

    In addition to conventional specifications, special sizes can be customized according to engineering requirements. Common scenarios include:

    1. Ultra long screw: used for ultra thick walls (such as over 1m), with a total length of 1500-3000mm that can be customized. High strength steel (Q355) should be used and intermediate support should be added to prevent the screw from bending.

    2. Fine tooth screw: specifications such as M16 × 2 (pitch 2mm, conventional coarse tooth 2.5mm), suitable for templates with high precision requirements (such as plain concrete walls), with more precise adjustment.

    3. Three section screw: composed of "inner rod+outer rod+connecting sleeve", the inner rod is left inside the wall, and the outer rod can be reused. The commonly used specifications are M14/M16, and the length of the inner rod is equal to the thickness of the wall+2 times the length of the waterstop (about 50mm).

    Selection precautions

    1. Load matching: The lateral pressure of concrete increases with the height of pouring (for example, when the pouring height is 3m, the lateral pressure is about 30kN/m ²), and the screw diameter and spacing need to be determined through calculation (conventional spacing is 400-600mm).

    2. Material requirements: Q235 steel is used for ordinary walls, Q355 steel is used for waterproof/heavy-duty walls, and non-standard "slimming screws" (insufficient diameter, poor quality material) are strictly prohibited to avoid the risk of mold bursting.

    3. Size reservation: The total length of the screw should be 10-20mm more than the "wall thickness+support thickness" to facilitate the installation of nuts and mountain shaped clips, avoiding insufficient length that may cause failure to tighten.

    By matching the above specifications and dimensions, it can be ensured that the through wall screw can stably bear the load in the formwork support, ensuring the quality of concrete pouring.
